Meet Attorney Katelynn Epley

Katelynn Epley is an Associate Attorney at Arizona Family Law Attorneys, where she is committed to helping clients navigate family law matters with compassion, practical guidance, and strong advocacy. She represents clients in divorce, paternity, and child support cases, recognizing that these legal issues often involve some of life’s most significant transitions.

Katelynn earned her bachelor’s degree in Criminology, with a minor in Social Welfare, from Arizona State University before receiving her Juris Doctor from the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law. While in law school, she participated in the University’s Juvenile and Family Law Clinic, representing children involved in dependency proceedings and gaining firsthand experience advocating for vulnerable clients.

Before entering private practice, Katelynn clerked for Federal Judge John Z. Boyle, where she developed a strong foundation in legal research, writing, and advocacy. She later joined a family law firm in Tucson as a law clerk and, after becoming licensed to practice law in Arizona in 2024, continued with the firm as an Associate Attorney. She recently returned to the Phoenix area to be closer to her family and the vibrant community she calls home.
